Disclaimer
Last updated: 3 August 2026
We would rather be straight with you about what we can and cannot promise than let a sales page imply otherwise. This disclaimer forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Search rankings are not ours to guarantee
This is the important one. Nobody can guarantee a position on Google — including us. Rankings are decided by search engines using algorithms they own, change without notice, and do not disclose. They also depend on your competitors, your industry, your history and your budget.
What we actually commit to:
Building sites that are fast, crawlable and technically soundApplying current, legitimate optimisation practiceShowing you real measurements rather than flattering onesWhat we will never do is promise a #1 position, a specific traffic figure, or a guaranteed number of leads. Any agency that does is either guessing or misleading you. SEO results typically take three to six months to appear, and can move afterwards for reasons that have nothing to do with the work.
2. AI and voice features
Sites we build may include AI assistants that answer visitors in natural language. These are genuinely useful, and they are also imperfect:
They can produce answers that are wrong, incomplete or out of dateThey should not be relied on for legal, medical, financial or safety-critical adviceThey depend on third-party AI providers whose availability, pricing and behaviour can changeOutput quality depends on how well the assistant is configured and kept currentWhere an AI assistant speaks on your business's behalf, you remain responsible for what your website tells your customers. We will help you set boundaries for it, and we recommend reviewing its answers periodically.
3. Business results
Examples, case studies and figures shown on this site describe what happened for those clients. They are not a prediction for your business. Results depend on your market, your pricing, your offer and how you follow up on enquiries — most of which sit outside a website.
4. Information on this site
Articles and guides here are general information, published in good faith and believed accurate at the time of writing. They are not professional advice for your situation, and the digital field changes quickly. Get advice specific to your circumstances before acting on anything you read here.
5. Prices
Prices on this site are indicative starting points to help you judge whether we are in your range. They are not offers. Your quote is the binding figure, and it may differ once we understand the actual scope.
6. Third-party platforms and links
We link to other websites and rely on services we do not control — Google, Meta, hosting providers, payment gateways, AI providers and others. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, their pricing, or changes they make to their platforms and policies.
7. Availability and performance
We build for speed and reliability, but no website is available 100% of the time. Hosting outages, network faults, domain expiry, third-party failures and attacks all happen. Unless you hold a care plan with a stated response commitment, we do not guarantee uptime or a fixed response time.
8. Security
We follow sound practice, but no system is perfectly secure. Sites also stay safe partly through what happens after handover — keeping software updated, controlling who has access, using strong credentials. Where you manage those, that responsibility is yours.
9. Limitation
Nothing on this website creates a warranty beyond those set out in our Terms of Service, in which our liability is limited. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Questions
If anything here is unclear, or you want to know exactly what we would commit to for your project, ask us before you sign. Email elizabethsozoh@gmail.com or call +27 76 520 6800. We would rather answer the question now than have you assume something we did not mean.
